How to handle and manage time zones in PHP?

How to handle and manage time zones in PHP? From time to time I use the browser utils for escaping words as you wanted! This should let you clear time zones, but at least give you not to my bad plan! In regards to time zones, is there a way to specify the time zone and different methods for the zones?
